Student Exchange Application Forms
Tulsa-Celle-Partnership Student Exchange program
Greater Tulsa area students who wish to participate in our Celle home-stay program, to improve their German language skills, will need to fill out the documents listed below. All student exchange applications will be submitted to the Tulsa-Celle-Partnership Executive Committee for review and approval. Once approved by the TCP Executive Committee, the applications will be forwarded to Celle for review and approval by their hosting committee, and subsequent hosting family search.

Tulsa-Celle-Partnership Student Grant Eligibility
The Partnership is offering two student stipends for the school year 2011/2012. The students must be from the Tulsa area and they must have been accepted by our Executive Committee for a study program of four weeks or more in our sister city of Celle.

Teacher Grants
Tucky Roger fellowship
The Tucky Roger Fellowship provides financial assistance through the Tulsa Global Alliance for teachers and educators throughout the Tulsa Metropolitan Service Area to support efforts of their own design to promote global awareness, education, and understanding by visiting Tulsa’s Sister Cities and by serving as a resource for TGA, educational institutions, and students. Applicants must have a minimum of three years classroom teaching experience (public, private, or parochial), spend at least 50 percent of their time working with students, and be employed as a pre-K through twelfth grade educator in Northeastern Oklahoma at the time the grants are approved and made. Tulsa-Celle-Partnership Teacher Stipend
The Tulsa-Celle-Partnership is offering a stipend for the school year 2012/2013, to ONE Tulsa area teacher who has been approved by our Executive Committee to participate in a school exchange with Celle, our Sister City in Germany.

Fund for Teachers Grant
The fund for teachers is not a local organization. However, local teachers have applied for and received grants from this organization. Its program description is :"Fund for Teachers is the national donor supported organization that awards fellowships for self-designed professional growth to teachers who recognize the value of inquiry, the power of knowledge and their ability to make a difference. The Fund provides fellowship grants directly to teachers, with more than three years of experience, to support their professional learning during the summer. Their experiences come in many forms, but share the purpose of better teaching.
